Northumberland Wildlife Trust is looking for a confident, innovative and enthusiastic person to
join our Central Team as a Building and Facilities Coordinator.
The Trust employs 84 staff and has its headquarters in Gosforth and has various other buildings
and landholdings. As an organisation, we strongly value our personnel and are committed to
continuous improvement in our conservation work but also with our buildings maintenance. We are
looking for a confident, innovative and enthusiastic person to provide a coordinated building
and facilities function across the Trust. The role aims to ensure quality control, good
compliance with legislation, procurement and health & safety whilst being an advocate for
doing things right.
The role is for 35 hours per week on a permanent contract. NWT operates a flexitime system.
The salary range is £24,336 to £27,364 on a grade C.
