Calibre Search are now looking to speak to intermediate level building surveyors who would be interested in joining a national engineering & project consultancy based just outside of Leeds City Centre.

You will be working closely with the small but growing building surveying team and be responsible for offering numerous services in traditional surveying delivering on various insurance claims. This will include several measured surveys, report writing, cladding inspection, defect analysis, schedule of conditions and many others which will all help towards your APC to become MRICS qualified.

Very much a position you can make your own and a brilliant position to work closely with the Directors of the business who have been qualified close to 25 years so learning from them will prove invaluable to help progress your career.

Requirements

• Undertaking building surveys, site inspections and measured surveys
• Drafting plans/sections/elevations on computer aided design software
• Preparation of Schedules of Work and Specifications for all types of maintenance and construction projects
• Be degree qualified in Building Surveying with some post degree experience.
• Delivery of contract administration services
• Offer a high standard of professional services (dilaps, defect analysis etc)
• Be personable and presentable at all times
• Offer support to the team and support to other surveyors within the practice
