Job Summary | Performs complex duties. This position is responsible for coordinating and administering a division-wide function or program such as travel coordination, executive support, expense reimbursements, conference/event planning, etc. Duties include large-scale coordination, organization, and monitoring of associated projects, processes, deadlines and effectiveness measures and extensive cross-functional communication and work across university areas and/or with external partners. Bears overall responsibility for managing the administrative day-to-day operations for the division of OIT. Provides leadership and oversight of internal controls for the administrative responsibilities of a division. Work involves establishing program goals and objectives; developing program guidelines and procedures; developing schedules, priorities, and standards for achieving program goals; evaluating program activities; developing budget requests; and coordinating program activities. Works under general supervision, with moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. |
