Business Analyst

To work closely with the business teams to help them in developing their business requirements in a structured manner and ensue alignment with all ICD stakeholders. Coordinate with the technical team and vendor to ensure understanding of the Business Requirement Document (BRD) and validate, test and manage the delivered changes.
Key Functional Accountabilities and Activities:
Business Analysis:
  • Develop and maintain the business case, business requirement documents (BRD) and coordinate with business stakeholders across ICD to ensure alignment across ICD business units and coverage of this requirement.
  • Coordinate with the technical team and vendors to ensure that the BRD is clear, complete, and testable.
  • Review the technical design document to ensure coverage and mapping to the business requirement.
  • Work with relevant business functions to develop their requirement and ensure alignment with stakeholders including technical team and vendors.
Test:
  • Develop test scenarios, perform testing activities, and manage user acceptance testing to ensure that the implemented solutions meet the specified requirements and business needs.
  • Perform testing and manage UAT (user acceptance testing) to ensure alignment of the delivery with the BRD.
Project Management:
  • Perform project management activities, including defining project scope, creating timelines, and monitoring progress to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Qualifications/ Professional Experience:
  • At least 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Financial sector (corporate/investment Banking with strong knowledge in banking products such as CRM, Lending process) role is a must.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Information System or any additional relevant discipline is a must.
  • A Professional certificate in Business Analysis, Project Management or TOGAF certification(s) is a plus.
  • Knowledge in Process Reengineering and Agile Methodologies.
  • Technology knowledge in program languages, Data and Bi is a plus.
