Role: Business AnalystThe Business Analyst will be responsible for:

• Providing support to Programme Business and Work stream Leads
• Delivery of business analysis outputs
• Hands-on business analysis

• Business modelling including modelling organisation structures and job roles (M)
• Business process mapping (M)
• Eliciting and capturing business requirements (M)
• Drafting business requirements documents (BRD) (M)
• Functional (FR) and non-functional (NFR) requirement capture (M)
• Managing requirements catalogue and managing requirements traceability (M)
• Collation business information and artefacts (M)
• Drafting operating, desk, and user instructions (M)
• Managing stakeholder relationships at all levels (M)
• Able to effective communication with a range of audiences (M)
• Comfortable with complexity and ambiguity (M)
• Developing product backlogs (epics, features, and user stories) (D)
• Developing user journey’s and identifying pain points (D)
• Supporting the development of operating models (D)
• Data analysis (D)

Experience & Knowledge

• 3-5 years in a Business Analyst role in transformation programmes (M)
• 3-5 years in a transformation and business change environment (M)
• Data analysis, data science, data architecture and / or data transformation (M)
• Working in an agile / SCRUM programme environment (M)
• Working in a matrix management programme environment (M)
• Working in a regulated environment (M)
• banking, or financial institution experience (D)
• Lean / six-sigma methodologies (D)
• Project management methodologies (D)
• ISEB Diploma Business Analysis (D)
