This role is critical for ensuring the accuracy of financial and operational metrics, streamlining reporting processes, and developing forecasting models.Key Requirements:

• Advanced Excel skills (VBA and/or Power Query beneficial)
• Exceptional analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Flexible and effective under pressure.
• A proactive approach towards automation and process enhancement.
• Proficiency in business intelligence tools like Power BI is highly valued.

About The OpportunityWe are seeking a Business Analyst to enhance our Operations and Finance teams’ decision-making through expert analytical support and data modelling. This role is critical for ensuring the accuracy of financial and operational metrics, streamlining reporting processes, and developing forecasting models.Key stakeholders you’ll work with include Operations Management, Finance Business Partners, and the Customer Service Team. Your contributions will be pivotal in driving data-driven strategies and improving customer satisfaction.Key activities:

• Creating and implementing standardized data models for financial forecasts, operational metrics, and customer reports.
• Assisting with daily KPI and customer revenue reporting and analyses.
• Streamlining the compilation process for UK operational metrics.
• Analysing metric trends to identify underlying root-causes.
• Providing analytical and data modelling support to the Operations and Finance departments.
• Ensuring the integrity of monthly financial and operational data through accurate uploads and reconciliations.
• Documenting analytical methods and models comprehensively.
• Enhancing cross-system reporting through maintenance and development of data structures, while fostering strong relationships with operational teams.
• Fulfilling ad-hoc analysis requests from Finance Business Partners and Operational Management.
