We are currently recruiting for the newly formed Business Improvement & Change function and are looking for experienced Business Analysts to join us, where you will be part of a team that is central to delivering valuable business change.The roles are based at our Doxford Park, Sunderland head office. Your working week should be balanced with what you need to do and where you need to be to deliver your role the most effectively.You will act as a critical partner to all functions across the group and lend your skills and expertise to land both strategic change and operational improvements. You should enjoy the challenges of transformation and be comfortable delivering at pace. As a Business Analyst at Gentoo, you will be the driving force behind delivering tangible value through identifying, scoping, and investigating business problems and opportunities.What we are looking for:Previous experience of working in a dedicated Business Analyst role within a highly regulated industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to formulate strategies and solutions to complex issues.
Experience in using data to uncover insights and trends to support business case development, solve problems and improve performance.
Excellent communications and engagement skills, experienced in working with a wide range of stakeholders. Comfortable with facilitation, influencing and driving decision-making.
Experience in process improvement, utilising BA skill set to document ‘as is’ versus ‘to be’ processes and documenting the gaps to support both technical and non-technical change.
Understanding of project management, and experience of working within a delivery-focused project environment.
Robust knowledge of business analysis and problem-solving methodology, frameworks, tools and techniques.
Ability to work on own initiative, prioritise delivery and plan workload accordingly.Some of our great benefits include:31 days annual leave (plus bank holidays)
