• Work as part of an Agile software development team to deliver valuable business requirements.
• Analyse the business requirements in-line with bank standards and guidelines, includes documentation and updates in the confluence pages.
• Coordinate Signoff by the Product owner, Process SME and Engineering Lead.
• Maintain Change Control and approval tracking with respective stakeholders.
• Produce and refine user stories relating to initiatives from stakeholders into product backlog.
• Onboarding the bank’s Scaled Agile framework.
• Update and maintain Jira Backlogs.
• Plan Show & Tell with stakeholders, signoff on UAT and Prod. Validation as per the release cycles. Zero Defect Releases.

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong track record of Business Analysis within Financial Services
• Relevant Financial Services experience
• Ability to work within an agile framework e.g. Scrum
• Have a high desire to learn new technologies and implement various solutions in fast paced environments
• Experience in effectively communicating with and positively influencing project stakeholders and team members
