We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a prestigious international law firm at the forefront of legal services innovation.Role OverviewAs a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in a major business transformation project. This is an exciting opportunity to drive change in a dynamic legal environment.Key Responsibilities

• Support and develop business cases alongside sponsors and key stakeholders
• Create and maintain comprehensive project plans and essential documentation
• Build and nurture stakeholder relationships whilst managing communication strategies
• Oversee daily project operations, including risk management and issue resolution
• Identify and coordinate project resources, including team allocation and responsibility assignment
• Collaborate with external suppliers and solution providers

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Proven track record in implementing enterprise-wide projects with business, HR and IT components
• Experience in supplier management, including procurement processes and third-party engagement
• Background in legal sector or professional services within an international organisation
• Strong understanding of legal business processes and operations
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities
• Demonstrated ability to adapt project management approach to evolving requirements
