We’re looking for a VP Business Analyst to lead key strategic initiatives and guide teams toward successful project delivery. As a VP Business Analyst, you’ll bridge business needs with technology capabilities to create impactful solutions.Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee business analysis activities from project initiation to implementation, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Act as a lead analyst for multiple concurrent projects, providing direction and support to AVPs and junior analysts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, interpret, and translate business requirements into actionable solutions.
• Support the development of business cases and assess new technologies for their potential impact.
• Drive effective communication among developers, end-users, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Skills and Experience:

• Strong leadership and technical aptitude, with the ability to guide teams and influence decision-making.
• Outstanding analytical skills to interpret complex data and recommend actionable solutions.
• Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies, as well as lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, SQL, Java, and other relevant tools.
