Business Analyst – Active DV & NPPV3 clearance – £550/day via Umbrella – 8 months contract – London (Onsite) – SCC Flex ContractWe are looking for a skilled Business Analyst (DV & NPPV3 cleared) to analyse business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, document processes, and support the implementation of new systems and processes, all within an Agile framework.Your main responsibilities as Business Analyst:

• Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and systems.
• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Develop and present solutions to improve business operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management.

As the suitable Business Analyst, you will have:

• Active DV and NPPV3 clearance
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
