The function is in a transitional and transformational phase and we are looking to build out the team with people who are able to help guide and shape what the future looks like.Job DescriptionAbout the roleA Business Analyst, you will be a fundamental part of 1 or 2 Delivery teams working alongside Architects, Engineering, QA & Delivery you responsible for designing process, eliciting and documenting the detail requirements, user stories & AC’S. You will support the delivery of solutions to our clients, Colleagues and ultimately bring large contributions to helping Third Bridge deliver on its strategy.What will you do?Leading the breakdown of high level requirements and process into detailed user stories with defined AC’sCreating the target state business processes and data flowsRequirement elaboration and refinement – working alongside engineers and to ready these requirements for development, implementation, and configuration.Prioritising and breaking down requirements in relation to sprint plans and product roadmaps.Ensuring the product backlog is prioritised and the development teams are able to successfully deliver new featuresAssist UX and Product Owners in creating functional designs.Map out dependencies and business impact.Documenting key process flows required for customer and/or carrier use of the product(s) – identifying and flagging any opportunities for improvement.Mapping required metadata to key API requests and responses – understanding the flow of the metadata through the functions and feature set.Writing release notes and supporting technical documentation for both internal and external stakeholders.You will help set the standards and frameworks to deliver best in class business analysisPromote, demonstrate, and share knowledge on business analysis best practise with peersQualificationsWhat will you bring?Experience working on complex software products (PaaS, API and SaaS focussed)Experience in API and data mappingExperience in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies (e.g Scrum, Kanban)Ability to elicit requirements using a variety of tools and techniquesExperience in building and documenting Business Analysis artefacts, such as; Process flows, requirement documents, user stories, Data models, use case diagrams, user/customer journeysAbility to cope well under pressure and manage multiple projects or tasksWorking with both on and offshore development teamsAbility to cope with changing priorities in a fast-paced environmentParticipating in product sprints and ceremoniesChampioning the product vision, ensure everyone is on board & it is broken down to achievable milestonesBreaking down requirements from epics into user stories for the development teams to deliver.Strong communication skills (written and oral)Engaging and leveraging supplier/3rd party relationshipsUtilising data and market insights to inform decisions and direction.Additional InformationHow will you be rewarded?We truly care about our people so in return for your work, you’ll get:Flexible working – We want to encourage office attendance for the purpose of collaborating in person with your colleagues, on an as-needed basis.
