If so, we want to hear from you!We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Customer Experience Team at RMG. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping how we understand and enhance the customer journey across our services.Where will I be working?You will be based at our offices in Northwich, CW9 7LN. This is a hybrid role consisting of 4 days per week in the office and 1 from homeWhat You’ll Be Doing:

• Collaborating with stakeholders to define and document business needs and scope.

• Using a variety of techniques to elicit, analyse, and document requirements for large and complex change initiatives.

• Mapping and analysing customer journeys to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.

• Leading change management activities and evaluating the impact of process improvements.

• Supporting the delivery of customer-focused transformation projects using Agile methodologies.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst focusing on customer journey and experience.

• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

• Proficiency in tools such as Power BI, Excel, JIRA, and UML.

• Experience in the completion of UAT, UAT test scripts and User Stories

• Experience in process transformation, data reporting, and Agile/Scrum or Kanban environments.

• A valid driving licence is preferable, as our offices are not easily accessible via public transport.

Desirable:

• Experience in a similar industry or business environment.

• Knowledge of Salesforce

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
