Business Analyst – Digital, Payments, Regulatory, Agile – £50,000 – £75,000 base + Bonus & Benefits – NorthamptonMy client, a leading Financial Services organisation primarily based in Northampton, are currently looking for multiple Business Analysts to join their team on a critical highly visible programme of work.This role will be supporting high profile projects in the digital and payments space, including an FCA-regulated programme, focusing on the delivery of various improvements within their existing digital and payments platform.The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background and experience in end-to-end delivery, working in both agile and waterfall methodologies. Any regulatory/financial crime programme experience would be a bonus.If you have experience in any of the below, please apply:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a large-scale organisation, ideally in Financial Services
• Payment’s experience would be beneficial
• Extensive stakeholder management skills
• Experience of working in both Agile and Waterfall environments
• Experience in FCA-regulated/financial crime programmes would be highly desirable
