CONTEXT
Within the HR Department of MSF Belgium (Operational Center Brussels – OCB), the HR Information Systems (HRIS) unit aims to be a solutions-oriented service which is easy to reach, flexible and fast, allowing coherence and prioritization of different HR demands. We implement the right IT solutions to give the best support to our employees and provide, develop, and maintain efficient and flexible HRIS services for our core global HR.
The HR department has replaced its Information System by a new tool called WeDoo. The selected solution is ODOO enterprise Version 15. The development of the new tool has been done with the integrator – Niboo and the launch date was on June 13th, 2023. An estimated 5000 WeDoo users will need support for their requests and questions.
As the Business Analyst and HRIS Support Team Leader, you are responsible for the Wedoo-support (ticketing system for HR system Wedoo) as well as the implementation of new developments in the initial version of WeDoo. Under the supervision of the HRIS coordinator, you manage the WeDoo support team that consists of two people.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Wedoo Business analyst
- Act as focal point and Subject matter expert for the system and the data model
- Act as focal point and Subject matter expert for the HR processes with a transversal vision
- Discuss and challenge change requests and new requirements made by the key users
- Analyse, think and provide technical solutions to new requests and ensure the best choices for implementation of processes in terms of coherence, logic, simplicity
- Review requirements and technical solutions with concerned HRIS members (Coordinator, Developers, Data analyst, Business Analyst)
- Suggest possible improvements in terms of coherence, efficiency and ease of maintenance (to avoid divergence from Odoo standards and facilitate new upgrades)
- Cooperate with the Odoo integrator Niboo, organise the Niboo steerco meetings,oversee the work done by the integrator
WeDoo Support Team Leader
- Ensure continuous provision of support
- Assist the team in answering tickets, investigating and resolving problems reported by the end-users (support 3rd line)
- Assess if new developments are needed and/or if corrections need to be made
- Analyse, think and provide technical solutions to bugs / issues and describe them in the Task management tool (Asana)
- Manage priorities and planning of the developments of those tasks, in collaboration with the integrator and concerned HRIS members (Coordinator, Developers, Data analyst, Business Analyst)
- Plan, manage and coordinate testing activities with the team and the key users to ensure successful delivery
- Ensure the follow-up and resolve issues detected in Wedoo
- Share the knowledge to the support team to ensure better continuity of the system
- Keep a close hands-on tie with key-users / process owners
REQUIREMENTS
Education & Experience
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer science, Information System management or related fields
- At least 3 years of experience in Business analysis
- HRIS (HR IT systems) experience is an asset
- MSF experience is an asset

- Ability to read Python code is an asset

CONDITIONS
