• Investigate business situations where there is some complexity and ambiguity, adopting a holistic view to identify and analyse problems and opportunities
• Contribute to the selection of the approach and techniques to be used for business situation analysis, engaging and collaborating with operational stakeholders
• Define and manage scoping, requirements definition and prioritisation activities for initiatives of medium size and complexity
• Facilitate input from stakeholders, provides constructive challenge and enables effective prioritisation of requirements

Your skills and experiences:Essential:

• BCS Diploma in Business Analysis
• A proven track record in building and maintaining relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
• Experience of business process modelling and utilising appropriate requirements management tools

Desirable:

• Experience of mentoring, coaching and managing a small team

In this role, no day is the same, as you will manage various aspects of the product lifecycle to ensure products meet customer needs and achieve strategic objectives. You will investigate operational requirements, identify problems, and seek effective solutions through process improvements, both automated and non-automated.
