ROLE SUMMARY
The EWF seeks a Business Development Coordinator to support all corporate partnership and business development-related projects and efforts to ensure deliverables are completed efficiently with high quality, and on time. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Partnerships, the Business Development Coordinator will support the revenue growth of the EWF Leadership Academy and other programs and new business from companies outside of the Benefactor community.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Support Benefactor, Sponsor, and Leadership Development sales efforts
- Research and cultivate targeted prospect lists and appointment setting for BD team
- Assist in creating and updating sales contracts for new sales and renewals
- Partner with Benefactors during procurement approval process; provide financial, legal, and procurement documentation and resources
- Create and update sales materials in coordination with the marketing team
- Assist in maintaining CRM records and coordinating the renewal process with existing customers
- Support the Membership Engagement team with administrative tasks as needed
- Support annual conference activities as needed
- Aid in establishing, tracking, and measuring key sales metrics
- Other responsibilities and cross-training as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordinator or similar role
- Technically proficient in various platforms (Microsoft Office Suite, Monday.com, Zoom, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Ability to think critically and plan, synchronize, and execute tasks with a diverse set of individuals in different roles
- Strong capacity for working independently and collaboratively, and have effective time management skills
- Goal-driven, organized, and efficient in their work; ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work efficiently from remote home office
- Experience with Monday.com or similar project management tools
- Experience with membership-based organizations and programs, preferred
- Experience/interest in Technology, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, and/or Privacy, preferred
- Some travel required (<10%)
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Compensation for this role has a range of $60,000 – $65,000 and is bonus eligible. The compensation package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k match, and generous PTO including sabbatical time and parental leave, as well as short- and long-term disability, life insurance, and FSA.
