About this opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications and working as part of a team of six, the purpose of this role is to drive business development and growth activity across a network of early-childhood intervention services in Queensland, South Australia and ACT.
Working with various internal stakeholders, you’ll develop and execute a business development plan based on your own research and available data. You’ll support local managers to generate enrolments and increase awareness and credibility of these services.
The primary focus of this role will be face to face meetings as well as proposals, presentations and representing the organisation at events.
If you’re someone who loves meeting new people, cultivating relationships and driving results, you’ll thrive in this role.

Whatever your background, you’ll be a fast learner and natural communicator who is comfortable working to agreed targets and generating business opportunities.
You’ll need excellent written communication skills, a collaborative approach and an ability to balance business development objectives with the warm, inclusive and heart-led approach of this NFP organisation.
This role includes travel around south-east Queensland, north Queensland, ACT and Adelaide. It’s anticipated you might spend 60% of your time out of the office, although the majority of the locations you’d travel to are in close proximity to Brisbane.
