What you’ll do

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers, utilize market research to identify potential customers or partnerships, and implement effective lead generation strategies (industry events, webinars, marketing campaigns, targeted outreach);
  • Advise customers along the journey: position yourself as a trusted advisor, guiding clients towards tailored solutions that maximum value (consultative selling), prepare and deliver presentations around the customer journey, address customer inquiries, concerns, and requirements by providing expert guidance and proposing solutions that align with the unique needs of each customer;
  • Lead commercial proposals: take full ownership of the commercial proposal until contract negotiation and deal closure by defining a winning strategy and orchestrating the preparation of RFPs with different teams (products, delivery, legal…);
  • Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as product managers, delivery and marketing, to gather and share knowledge, address customer needs, and continuously improve our offerings;
  • Stay updated on industry trends: Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements relevant to our products/services.

About you

  • You have a Master’s degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., engineering, computer science) or equivalent experience;
  • A strong understanding of the challenges and needs of grid operators and power exchanges ( on System Operation, Balancing, Congestion management, and Market) is preferable;
  • Experience in a commercial position or with customer-facing is ideal;
  • You are an active listener with strong emotional intelligence;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences;
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships, understand customer needs, and provide effective solutions;
  • Ability to handle multiple topics in parallel, comfortable with dynamic environments and autonomy and self-organization;
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed;
  • You are fluent in English.
