Position Overview:

Indev Consultancy Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in the IT sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing new business opportunities, preparing and submitting techno-financial bids, and ensuring smooth project progress. The candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in business development within the IT industry, along with excellent proficiency in English.

Key Responsibilities:

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for the following tasks:

Lead Generation:

  • Identify potential clients and develop strategies to attract new business opportunities.
  • Research and analyze market trends to discover potential new markets and clients.

Business Development:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide suitable solutions that align with the company’s capabilities and services.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor strategic business plans.

Preparation and Submission of Techno-Financial Bids:

  • Prepare and submit proposals, presentations, and techno-financial bids as required.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and documentation for the bids.
  • Ensure compliance with client requirements and deadlines for bid submission.

Preparation of Project Progress Reports:

  • Track project progress and prepare regular reports to share updates with clients and internal teams.
  • Identify challenges and work collaboratively to resolve them, ensuring smooth execution of projects.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Undertake any other tasks as assigned by Indev Consultancy Private Limited management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business development activities.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years as a Business Development Manager, preferably within the IT sector.

Education:

  • Mater degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

Skills:

  • Proven experience in lead generation and business development.
  • Strong understanding of techno-financial aspects of bids.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking in English.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

Location:

The position will be based at the Head office of Indev Consultancy Private Limited. However, candidates should be willing to travel as needed to meet clients and support project execution.

Reporting:

The Business Development Manager will report directly to the Director of Indev Consultancy Private Limited or an assigned supervisor.
