OverviewWe’ve been incredibly successful recently, so we’re hiring a Broker Development Manager to support our growth.Are you experienced in broker relationship management? Join the Gallagher, Broker Distribution Team. Alternatively, if you have General Insurance experience and are looking to develop into a Business Development role, this is the opportunity for you.The successful individual will be working with a panel of broker partners where the key to success is your ability to build strong, mutually beneficial relationships. By finding opportunities to support growth and applying the extensive range of products offered by Gallagher Wholesale, you will secure balanced and profitable growth.This role is home-based and requires travel to broker offices.About You

• Monitor the P&L performance for your panel of brokers and implement remedial plans where required across all business lines and individual brokers.
• Experience working within General Insurance with established relationships with Brokers in Scotland or the South West.
• Build, own, and successfully implement a business plan to increase business volumes from your brokers.
• Proven account management experience with a track record of developing relationships and opportunities.
• Lead key internal and external relationships to deliver sales and volume growth.
• Conduct regular account reviews and deliver product training and business updates.
• Outstanding presentation skills – design and deliver impactful presentations.
