Business Development Manager – Fit Out Sector, Co Antrim – £50,000 +We are working with an award-winning project management, fit out and bespoke joinery business who are seeking their new Business Development Manager who will play an important role in the development of business, bids and proposals within target markets.Based just outside of Belfast, with some planned travel, you will;

• Develop and execute plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and expand existing consumer base.
• Dealing with technical queries from clients and when tendering jobs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, developers and contractors.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations.
• Conduct market research to identify key trends and opportunities in the fit-out industry.
• Role requires travelling for on-site visits, conferences, trade fairs etc across UK and EU regions.

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a Business Development role in the fit-out industry.
• Strong technical sales background, ideally with 3rd level education.
• Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of building regulations and construction methods.
• Proactive approach to the creation of tender opportunities through existing contacts/referral.
• Excellent sales, presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Full, clean driving licence and must flexible to travel.
