Business Development Manager – Logistics – £50k-£60k basic/OTE £70k-£80k – Hybrid

A rapidly growing logistics company specialising in providing efficient and reliable air freight solutions have an opening for a Business Development Manager to join them.

You will have the option to work on a hybrid basis at the Berkshire office and there is also the option to hot desk at the Heathrow office.

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth. You will be responsible for generating new leads, qualifying prospects, managing the new business sales pipeline, and then managing the accounts.

Who/what are we looking for?

• Proven sales track record within the logistics sector or related industry.
• An ambitious mindset
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Driving licence essential.
