This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven sales professional with a passion for apprenticeships, particularly in the professional service sectors.Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new apprenticeship starts and exceed KPIs across England, with a focus on the Public Sector / Financial Services / Tech Media and Telco / FMCG & Logistics.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities through a solution-focused approach.
  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, providing tailored apprenticeship solutions and excellent account management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of apprenticeship programmes.
  • Advise clients on the Apprenticeship Levy and demonstrate the ROI of apprenticeships to support their business needs.
  • Manage administrative tasks to ensure smooth learner sign-ups.

RequirementsRequirements:

  • Proven experience in apprenticeship sales
  • Successful track record in exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills.
  • Experience presenting to senior decision-makers, both in-person and remotely.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems (advantageous).
  • Full UK driving license and ability to travel nationally, as needed.
