Main responsibilities
Membership and sponsorship acquisition:
- Generate leads and cold call prospective members;
- Research and identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, partnerships- or new ways of reaching existing markets;
- Sell our Flagship event services (H2 week) to members and non-members.
Other Activities
- Carry out sales forecasts and analysis;
- Attend seminars, conferences and events where appropriate;
Requirements:
- At least 5-8years sales experience, preferably with B2B;
- Excellent knowledge of sales, marketing and customer service;
- Able to read and understand financial reports;
- Fluency in English. Knowledge of other European languages an asset;
- Self-starter, team player, can-do attitude, responsible and accountable.
Skills
- Excellent knowledge of marketing and customer service;
- Articulate and comfortable picking up the phone and calling people to track down information, following up on memberships, and responding to inquiries;
- Knowledge and capability with Microsoft Office;
- Previous experience with any CRM is preferred;
- Ability to respond to high volumes of work from various sources, to prioritize and meet deadlines;
- Extremely well-organized, goal-oriented and very high attention to detail;
- Comfortable working independently and remotely.
