Duties

• Telesales and field sales
• Sourcing and generating leads
• Use of a CRM package/Database
• Traveling between branches – Driving licence and vehicle required
• Supporting new branch openings
• Securing new contracts
• Handing new contracts over efficiently to the branch network
• Building strong relationships with clients
• Involvement in monthly review meetings
• Agreeing and completing terms of business

Our working hours are 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday

Candidates Criteria

This is a competitive market so you will need to be tenacious and passionate with a big personality and a genuine desire to succeed.

Previous experience in the recruitment industry is required, preferably in the industrial sector, other sectors will be considered. Applicants who have never worked in the recruitment industry will not be considered for this role.
