About Us

We provide Quality and Regulatory consultancy for medical device industry. We also provide contract recruitment solutions for medical device, pharmaceutical and biotech sector.

Working Hours

Mon-Fri 9:00- 17:30

Thursdays must be onsite for training and development.

The Role

  • Network and build relationships to build a talent pool of Clients within the Pharmaceutical /Medical Device Quality, Regulatory sectors.
  • Meet regularly with both new and established clients to understand their business and ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Engage and foster relationships with senior-level executives, addressing their specific needs and offering strategic talent solutions.
  • Proactively grow the business by cold calling, arranging client meetings & attending Networking events.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market shifts, and competitive landscapes within the life sciences and biotech sectors.

Profile requirements

  • 4+ years’ experience in a recruitment role or consultancy business development within engineering/Lifesciences is essential.
  • Profound understanding of the scientific, technological, and regulatory landscape within the Medical device and/ or Pharmaceutical and/ or Biotech sector.
  • Strong appetite and passion for sales and client management.
  • Motivation and drive with the ability to work to targets.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication and presentation skills crucial for engaging with C-suite and senior executives.
  • A natural ability to engage with people and develop successful relationships.
  • Ambitious and entrepreneurial with innovative ideas and an ability to “think outside the box”.
  • Tenacious, resilient, hardworking and self-motivated.
  • Must have knowledge in the Lifesciences sector and be able to qualify roles and be able to demonstrate this.

Desired Experience

  • Previous business development experience in consultancy service and/or,
  • Contract recruitment consultancy experience in QARA within Lifesciences industry.
