As an IT Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data from various sources, designing and developing reports and dashboards, and providing actionable insights to business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

Gather, clean, and analyze data from internal and external sources to identify trends and patterns.
Design and develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization based on data analysis.
Stay updated on business intelligence tools and technologies to continuously improve reporting capabilities.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field.
Proven experience in business intelligence and data analysis, with expertise in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and statistical analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights for non-technical stakeholders.
