We are seeking a highly motivated Business Manager (UK) to join the team based in our Headquarters in UK. Reporting to the Company Executives, your primary responsibilities will be to collaborate closely with our clients to understand their needs and to develop effective gorwth strategies.It is essential to have a deep understanding of the automotive industry, especially in the UK and international markets, as well as strong communication and commercial skills.About Bold Valuable Tech: Our VisionAt Bol, we´re a diverse community, from all over the world and from multiple industries and backgrounds. Taking projects from initial concepts to production: we are designing, developing, testing, and manufacturing the next generation of high-performance batteries to innovative projects for multiple industries.   • Attract and retain clients while nurturing continuity for sustainable growth.
  • Create compelling business proposals and negotiate agreements for fruitful partnerships.
  • Cultivate relationships with top-level executives in multinational firms to explore collaboration opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough interviews to identify top talent and create tailored shortlists.
  • Use industry expertise to provide customized B2B solutions for client needs.
  • Utilize professional social media for effective talent sourcing and engagement.
  • Monitor progress through weekly KPIs and monthly revenue goals.
  • Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Identify and attract top talent in specific sectors for organizational success.
