Any applications submitted through agencies will not be considered.Proposed Interview Date: 9th April (first stage Teams call), 16th April (second stage in person)The roleThe Learning Foundry is searching for a Business Services/Team Leading Development Coach to deliver engaging and inspiring training programmes to support individuals and businesses to achieve their full potential.You will be responsible for the effective teaching and assessment of both individuals and groups of learners to develop the skills, knowledge, and behaviours they require to meet their learning outcomes whilst helping to contribute to our commitment of being recognised for excellence by employers / learners / funding / awarding and regulatory bodies.The right fit

• You’ll possess demonstrable experience of working within a Business Administration or Team Leading role.
• You will have relevant experience as a trainer / coach and an assessor to gain the higher end of the salary band.
• You’ll have English and Maths Level 2 qualifications or equivalent.
• You’ll be a confident, capable communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
• You will need a full UK driving license with access to a vehicle.
• An enhanced DBS check.
