Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a Business Solutions Lead to join our Project Management Office as we support the delivery of business improvement projects across our large and diverse organisation. Reporting to the Head of Project Management Office, you will bring exceptional problem-solving abilities and a positive solution driven style and be responsible for identifying effective and practical solutions to improve business processes and efficiencies in consultation with business areas.

What can you expect to be doing?
- Support the organisation through the analysis of business processes and systems to improve service quality outcomes and efficiencies
- Working closely and in consultation with business areas identify practical opportunities to improve business systems, processes and identify efficiencies
- Review and document business processes developing “as is” and “to be” documentation to inform and optimise future state opportunities
- Ensure projects are planned and managed in line with the AnglicareSA Project Management Framework
- Work with stakeholders to capture and document project business cases including project related benefits, business objectives, financial modelling, resourcing, risk analysis and change management impact.
What do you need to bring?
- Ability to analysis and document business improvement opportunities in consultation with business areas
- High-level understanding of Project Management frameworks and methodologies, with the ability to evaluate and document business requirements
- Demonstrated ability to present current and future state process maps, business requirements and improvement opportunities to stakeholders and Executive Management
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to coach and upskill project teams as well as build strong relationships across various levels of the business
- Qualification in either Business Analysis, Business Improvement, Project Management and/or related field would be highly regarded.
