Business Support Expert

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide business coaching and capacity building for farmers, women, youth, and SMEs involved in the project.

• Develop and deliver training on entrepreneurship, business planning, financial management, and market access.

• Facilitate access to financial services and strengthen linkages with markets and financial institutions.

• Assist in preparing business plans and proposals for small agribusinesses.

• Monitor and report on the progress and impact of business support activities.

• Coordinate with project teams and local partners to ensure integrated delivery of support services.

• Promote inclusive economic participation, focusing on women and youth empowerment.

• Conduct regular field visits to project sites for direct engagement and support.

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in delivering entrepreneurship support, coaching, and mentoring.

• Proven experience in implementing at least three projects related to business skills development, entrepreneurship, business planning, budgeting, marketing, or related areas.
