Business Support Expert

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance and advisory services to startups and MSMEs to strengthen their business models and operations.

• Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in business skills, finance, marketing, and management.

• Design and implement capacity-building programs including training workshops, mentoring, and coaching on topics like business planning, financial management, and digital marketing.

• Support the preparation of feasibility studies, business plans, and financial models.

• Promote entrepreneurship among youth and women through targeted support initiatives.

• Contribute to policy dialogue and development to improve the local business ecosystem.

• Monitor and evaluate the impact of business support interventions and report on progress and outcomes.

• Prepare technical reports, case studies, and success stories.
