Business Support Officer – Parramatta

Based in Parramatta, this role will have you joining the Home and Community Care team who are currently experiencing rapid growth and have some key projects just about to commence.

As part of a small team, you will provide high level support with varied responsibilities assisting with Call handling, payroll, finance, invoice & purchase order creation, vendor management, rostering, and systems. This opportunity is a full-time position with an immediate start for the successful candidate, with shifts that can rotate from Monday to Sunday, anywhere between 7:00am to 8:00pm.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in a similar support role
• Knowledge of MS Office suite including Excel and SharePoint
• Able to work in a complex environment with changing priorities
• Understanding of finance systems and processes
• High attention to detail.
• Team player with positive attitude
• Effective communicator both written and verbal.
