Description

Reporting to the Business Support Expert, the Business Trainer will contribute to the business skills development of 250 participants. Responsibilities will include:

  • Deliver business skills development training over the course of 10 days to 20-25 participants
  • Offer in-class support to participants tailored according to their needs i.e. how many own an existing business vs. how many are starting a new business.
  • Assist each participant with the development of a Business Implementation Plan to guide the use of their business grants.
  • Provide follow up and ensure compliance with grant agreements

Qualifications & Preferred Skills

  • Certificate ToT trainer
  • Previous experience delivering business training.
  • Knowledge of the local context.
  • Fluency in Arabic. Knowledge of English is a plus.
  • Right to live and work in Iraq.
