Cafe Manager

Northumberland Wildlife Trust is an environmental charity at the forefront of restoring nature
in the North East. We are looking for an experienced, highly organised and enthusiastic person
to run The Lookout Café at Hauxley Discovery Centre, near Amble, and the café at
Northumberlandia (The Lady of the North), near Cramlington.

We need someone who will lead, support and motivate the staff to consistently deliver a great
customer experience at these inspirational sites, whilst optimising profits in line with our
green ethos.

The salary is £26,603 (Full Time 35 hours/week) + contributory pension scheme
