Job Title: Sales Advisor
Salary: £24,500 (prorated over 6 months) + bonus potential (up to £30,000 OTE)
Location: Warrington
Contract Term: 6 months (with potential for permanent role)
Hours: 37.5 per weekWe are seeking Sales Advisors to join our client’s customer service team on a fixed-term, 6-month contract, with the possibility of a permanent position upon successful completion.What’s in it for you?

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver top-tier customer service and maximize sales opportunities
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Gain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services
• Identify customer needs and offer suitable product solutions
• Manage inbound contacts via phone, email, web chat, and other platforms
• Maintain and nurture relationships with domestic customers
• Negotiate pricing and cross-sell relevant products
• Assist with email management and web chat when required

Requirements:

• Clear criminal record
• Preferred: Experience in a contact center
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, with excellent time management and resilience
• Results-driven and target-focused
• Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with customers
• Empathy and professionalism in handling customer interactions
