Call for Consultants and Technical Experts – Various sectors

Solutions CRM (SCRM) is looking for experienced experts in various sectors such as education, WASH, shelter, health, nutrition, food security and livelihood, woman empowerment, entrepreneurship, economic empowerment, child protection, mental health and psychosocial support, multi-purpose cash, organizational capacity assessment, social cohesion and community resilience, gender, environment, media, and humanitarian projects evaluation. The work will be remotely with the potential for traveling to field implementation sites. The candidate should have very strong writing and speaking skills in English.

Key Tasks:

• Attend and represent SCRM in meetings with potential clients.
• Develop necessary technical and data collection tools for projects monitoring and/or evaluation activities and provide analysis guides to guide the analysis of qualitative and quantitative data.
• Review reports to enrich them with technical interpretation and technical insights.
• Provide training for field teams on the developed data collection tools.
• Draft technical reports based on the nature of the TPM and/or evaluation assignments.
• Ensure deadlines are met and respected.
• Perform other duties arising from the nature of the tasks above based on development of business and work activities.
• Being able to travel (if necessary) to provide on field training or field missions.

Qualifications Required

• Minimum 6 years of experience in the humanitarian sector you have applied to (must)
• Have native or native like English language skills (must)
• Strong editing and writing skills (must)
• Research/assessment skills (highly preferrable)
• A relevant university degree (social sciences, conflict management, development studies, etc.), Master degree will be an advantage.
• Demonstrate an understanding of development / humanitarian sector
• Excellent skills with Word and Excel (highly preferrable)
• Have an ability to manage different activities and to meet deadlines

What we offer:

• The role is paid based on daily rate. The daily rate will depend on the years of experience and other proven skills. The daily rate will be agreed on per assignment.
• Ability to work remotely where field work is not required.
