Call for Social Workers, humanitarian Workers, Consultants, Researchers, and Enumerators: Socio-Economic Research in Ukraine (3–8 Years of Experience)

We are seeking male and female consultants, researchers, or enumerators with 3–8 years of experience, preferably based in Ukraine or neighboring countries, with access to or knowledge of Vyshhorod Raion in northern Kyiv. Ideal candidates should have a background in the humanitarian, research, academic, or NGO sectors in Ukraine. The preferred qualifications are as follows:

Technical Expertise:

  • Demonstrated experience with gender-transformative approaches and projects within Ukraine.
  • Proven ability to conduct socio-economic research in Ukrainian municipalities, communities, and OTGs.
  • Strong expertise in monitoring and evaluation (M&E), project cycle management, and results-based management (RBM).
  • Experience in developing local economic development strategies and evaluating small-sized business and investment plans.
  • Familiarity with DAC criteria for evaluating development assistance.

Research and Feasibility Studies:

  • Proven track record of conducting feasibility studies or similar research in Ukraine within the past three years.
  • Experience utilizing participatory research methods to engage relevant stakeholders from the early stages of the project.

Additional Assets:

  • Experience working on studies related to gender equality, social inclusion, climate change, and environmental protection is an advantage.

Working Days:
This position requires availability for 6–8 working days in November. Please include your daily rate in USD in your application.
