Summary of Requirements

The OCEEA is seeking to engage a qualified implementing partner – a non-profit organization working on organizing and conducting capacity building projects such as training courses and educational events, preferably in the field of transparency and responsible business practices.
The selected implementing partner will work with the OSCE Secretariat in its efforts to implement capacity-building activities on the use of open data in Ukraine within the OSCE extra-budgetary project entitled “Promoting good governance and a positive business climate in the OSCE region through digitalization and the use of open data”.
