Summary of Requirements

The OCEEA is seeking to engage a qualified implementing partner – a non-profit organization working on organizing and conducting capacity building projects such as training courses and educational events, preferably in the field of Open Data, anti-corruption, public administration efficiency and digital information programmers. The selected implementing partner will work with the OSCE Secretariat in its efforts to implement capacity-building activities on the use of open data in Ukraine.
