OVERVIEW
Elrha is soliciting proposals to enhance the Futures and Foresight capabilities of the Humanitarian Innovation Fund (HIF). This initiative seeks to expand our futures & foresight competencies, aligning them with our humanitarian values and the evolving needs of crisis-impacted populations.
OBJECTIVE
This project has two primary objectives:
Enhance Competency in Futures and Foresight:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of futures and foresight methodologies.
- Equip the HIF team and its grantees with advanced skills to anticipate and navigate future humanitarian challenges.
Develop and Refine a Futures and Foresight Toolkit:
- Create a practical toolkit that supports strategic planning and decision-making.
- Ensure the toolkit is user-friendly, incorporating feedback from workshops and pilot tests.
TIMELINE
- Proposal Submission Deadline: May 29, 2024
- Evaluation Period: May 30 to June 7, 2024
- Interviews: June 10 to June 14, 2024
- Contract Award: June 17, 2024
SELECTION PROCESS
- Proposal Requirements: Submissions must include a completed proposal form, budget breakdown, and non-collusive proposal certificate.
- Submission Email: Proposals should be sent to d.amias@elrha.org with the subject line: ‘Futures and Foresight Competency Development’.
- Evaluation Criteria: Proposals will be evaluated based on their approach to futures and foresight, the expertise of the proposed team, and cost-effectiveness.
