Project Overview:
CCR is inviting tenders for the external financial audit of the ‘All for YOUth, YOUth for All’ project. This initiative aims to strengthen the capabilities of Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) in contributing to governance and development processes in Mongolia, with activities spanning from capacity building to research and advocacy, and a total expenditure of approximately 1,000,000 EUR.

Audit Details:

• Location: Audits to be conducted at CCR offices in Prague and Ulaanbaatar.
• Period of Performance: Audit activities are to be carried out between 15 February 2024 and 1 April 2024.
• Reporting Deadline: The auditor’s final report is due by 1 May 2024.
• Financial Ceiling: The total cost for audit services must not exceed 7500 EUR.

Auditor Requirements:

• A proven track record of at least 5 years in auditing development projects, especially those funded by the EU.
• Fluency in English and adherence to IFAC standards are mandatory.
• Independent from CCR, with stringent observance of ethical standards in line with IFAC’s code.

Audit Scope:
The appointed auditor will be tasked with verifying the project’s financial report, ensuring the accurate reflection of expenditures and compliance with the terms of the EU Grant Contract.

• Proposals should be submitted in English and include a detailed bid, auditor credentials, and a firm quotation.

Selection Basis:
Bids will be evaluated on technical expertise, auditor qualifications, adherence to the tender’s requirements, and the proposed cost.
