About the role
As a Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing impactful road safety campaign and communications to assist in influencing road user attitudes and behaviours. Working closely with the Team Manager, Advertising and Marketing and collaborating with the Road Safety teams, you will develop, implement and evaluate marketing campaigns in line with the strategic objectives of the organisation.
Success in this role will see you deliver end to end omni-channel behaviour change marketing campaigns. Utilising your extensive experience in marketing and campaign management, you will develop creative and media briefs, test concepts, administer government submissions, lead the creative production and manage the relationships with the TAC’s creative, media and research partners.
About the Team
The Campaign Manager sits within the Marketing & Media team, within the broader Community Division. Your strong stakeholder management skills will support you to work closely with the Road Safety Division and creative partners.
You will be working closely with the Team Manager, and working alongside another Campaign Manager on a range of road safety portfolios and will each be supported by a Marketing Coordinator.
What we’re looking for:
Campaign management experience
- 5 years minimum experience executing large scale, above the line multi-channel marketing campaigns with complex productions
- Experience in social and/or behavioural change marketing
- Excellent project management skills, well organised and detail orientated
Strong stakeholder management and engagement
- Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills, with the ability to understand and present technical information in a consumable manner to the audience
- Relationship-building abilities and skills in maintaining external and internal relationships
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and work well under pressure
Ability to positively influence
- Well-developed negotiation and advocacy skills to enable project objectives to be achieved where stakeholders have competing priorities
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate, manage and administer contracts with professional service providers
