About Wolfe’s Neck Center Wolfe’s Neck Center for Agriculture & the Environment is a fast-growing, national nonprofit organization based on a campus of over 600 acres of coastal farmland in Freeport, Maine. Wolfe’s Neck Oceanfront Camping For over 50 years, Wolfe’s Neck Oceanfront Camping (WNOC) has welcomed campers from all over the world to our more than 600-acre campus, including four miles of oceanfront along Maine’s coastline. Encompassing 150 tent and RV sites, 5 Cabins and A-Frames as well as comfort and quiet camping options, WNOC provides a variety of outdoor camping and recreation experiences to help individuals and families connect with the outdoors, food, and farming.
Position Summary Wolfe’s Neck Center (WNC) is seeking an experienced, organized, creative and energetic Campground Manager. This position is an integral part of the Visitor Experience and Education team, ensuring that all WNC visitors and campers have the best possible experience. The Campground Manager is a full-time, year-round position reporting to the Director of Visitor Education and Experience. A successful Campground Manager will work collaboratively with staff across the organization to ensure a positive experience for all of our campers and visitors, providing them with meaningful outdoor experiences that connect with WNC’s mission and values.Responsibilities

$50,000 – $60,000 a yearAs a full-time employee of Wolfe’s Neck Center, this position is eligible for benefits including health insurance, dental insurance, three weeks paid vacation and six sick days, Maine state holidays off, and our retirement savings plan. Compensation commensurate with experience.
