Dear Madam/Sir

With reference to the ITB issued on 13 January 2025 for Procurement and Delivery of 10-12 m3 + 1 m3 Hydraulic Compaction Garbage Trucks to Adiyaman, Türkiye; please see attached Amendment 2 including “Annex 1 – Revision in Technical Specifications”

Please also be informed that “FORM G – TECHNICAL BID” has also been revised and replaced the previous version in the system in line with the following revisions. Please complete and submit the revised version (FORM G – TECHNICAL BID AFTER AMENDMENT NO. 2) as part of your bid.

Deadline for submission of bids has also been extended. Please make sure that your bids are submitted on or before the deadline indicated in the system.

You are kindly requested to prepare and submit your bids in response to our subject ITB with consideration of this Amendment, whereas all other clauses of the ITB remain valid.
