Canvass Director (Summer 2025)

Lead a passionate team of canvassers to advance climate and social justice in Vermont! As the Canvass Director, train, and manage a team of 3-5 canvassers to engage with communities, build grassroots support, and drive impactful campaigns.

Compensation:

• Pay based on experience, $22-$27

• Seasonal, Part-Time
• Location: Burlington, Vermont (in-person)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop canvassing plans and outreach strategies.
• Supervise, motivate, and support a team of canvassers.
• Track team performance and ensure campaign goals are met.
• Door to door fundraising canvassing.
• Cultivate meaningful connections with community members.

Desired Skills:

• 3-5 years of canvassing or campaign leadership experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Passion for climate and social justice.
