Capability Development Partner
Contribute to a purpose-driven team driving staff capability development and enabling progression pathways.

Our People & Culture team are looking for a Capability Development Partner, to deliver effective and engaging capability development processes, learning experiences and supportive coaching of people managers that will enable all of our team members to successfully promote meaningful engagement for our customers.
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Deliver our refreshed induction program across our Fresh Hope Communities sites
- Collaborate with our other Capability Development partner to design, develop and facilitate engaging capability development programs that are in line with our strategic direction
- Collaborate with our Organisational Development Partner and HR Business Partners to identify training needs
- Engage and manage external service providers
- Coach leaders across the business
- Manage administrative aspects of training

- Relevant qualifications in adult learning
- Experience delivering high-impact learning events, and coaching frameworks
- Contemporary industry knowledge and experience in learning and development
- Excellent EQ, interpersonal and communication skills
- Experienced approach to influencing, crucial conversations and balancing stakeholder relationships
- Ability to be “tech savvy” and use people systems to track learning events, mandatory learning, and learning impact and
- Passion to keep up to date with current learning and development best practice frameworks
