Context and Core Functions / Responsibilities
The International Organization for Migration (IOM) recognizes the pivotal role of trainers in facilitating effective capacity building initiatives within the organization. However, to ensure the utmost effectiveness of training programs, it’s imperative to empower a pool of trainers with advanced skills and methodologies. This Terms of Reference (ToR) aims to engage a consultant to build the capacity of internal trainers within IOM.
The primary objective of this consultancy is to empower a pool of trainers within IOM’s Protection Division to become expert trainers capable of designing and executing high-quality training programs. The consultant will focus on enhancing various aspects of training, including agenda building, communication skills, facilitation techniques, diverse methodologies, activity-based learning, monitoring and evaluation, and other relevant expertise.
