Pearson VUE provides a full suite of services from test development to data management and delivers exams through the world’s most comprehensive and secure network of test centres in more than 175 countries.The Capacity Planning function sits in the Operations department of Pearson VUE. The Capacity Planning Analyst role is responsible for creating schedule data and entering into the testing system(s) accurately and providing training, documentation, auditing, and oversight support for subordinate staff. The Capacity Planning Analyst is also responsible to ensure that Key Performance Indicators are achieved by monitoring testing schedules, hours of site availability and candidate volumes and to post notices to the business pertaining to scheduling changes or site opening/closings that impact the delivery capabilities of the channel. This role will have a focus on the On Line Proctored delivery method.Location: This is a remote role and can be worked from anywhere in the UK.Key Activities:40% Capacity Management
